On peut aussi l&rsquo;entendre dans des implications scientifique ou juridique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le langage courant, je suppose qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;y rattache \u00e0 cause de l&rsquo;\u00e9tymologie, sugg\u00e9rant qu&rsquo;on se regroupe autour de quelque chose en commun.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, on like une page Facebook, signifiant un int\u00e9r\u00eat en commun suffisamment puissant envers cette entit\u00e9 afin de l\u00e9gitimer le concept de communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cela me semble un peu l\u00e9ger comme argument.<\/p>\n<p>Attention, je ne dis pas qu&rsquo;Internet ne poss\u00e8de pas de communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe des communaut\u00e9s tr\u00e8s puissantes en rapport avec le W3C, l&rsquo;Open Source, le d\u00e9veloppement et plein d&rsquo;autres sujets.<\/p>\n<p>Par contre, lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de r\u00e9colter du Like sur un jeu concours pour une page Facebook, j&rsquo;ai du mal.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne vais pas d\u00e9gainer sur le community manager, mais son r\u00f4le n&rsquo;a pas l&rsquo;envergure d&rsquo;animer une communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs, c&rsquo;est Marc <span style=\"color: #292f33;\">Zuckerberg<\/span>\u00a0lui-m\u00eame qui dit qu&rsquo;on ne peut pas construire une communaut\u00e9; notre seule possibilit\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 devenir influent au sein d&rsquo;une communaut\u00e9 existante.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes des marketeurs et des communicants.<\/p>\n<p>Dans notre job, les objectifs commerciaux doivent soutenus par des moyens marketing efficaces.<\/p>\n<p>Pour moi, ce n&rsquo;est pas efficace de monter une \u00ab\u00a0op\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb sur un r\u00e9seau social et valider le succ\u00e8s avec des KPI arrangeants.<\/p>\n<p>La fausse id\u00e9e de communaut\u00e9 est bonne pour celui qui turbine au Like et au RT. Il r\u00e9sonne en op\u00e9ration au lieu de campagne, culture, ADN, &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Bien plus puissant que la communaut\u00e9, le concept de tribu rassemble des valeurs qui nous sont tr\u00e8s utiles en marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Les rites et comportements communs d&rsquo;une tribu sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9cieux pour le marketeur.<\/p>\n<p>Une marque doit comprendre les valeurs qui rassemblent les membres d&rsquo;une tribu et y adh\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p>Une marque qui adopte une culture de marketing tribal doit avoir la foi. Faire semblant ou jongler avec des artifices Web 2.0 ne d\u00e9bouchera pas sur quelque chose de remarquable.<br \/>\nToute la pens\u00e9e autour de la fid\u00e9lisation est chamboul\u00e9e.
