Oubliez vite ce titre, puisque je vais naviguer depuis le SMM gadget, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 montrer comment impacter l&rsquo;interaction avec les internautes, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des notions de Content Marketing et StoryTelling.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart des marques vont utiliser les r\u00e9seaux sociaux comme une machine, o\u00f9 on rentre des euros d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour sortir des Likes de l&rsquo;autre.<br \/>\nPourtant, le potentiel est immense en proc\u00e9dant d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re plus intelligente, afin de retirer le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice maximum et apporter une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, qui gravite autour de la marque.<\/p>\n<p>Le SMO\/SMM n&rsquo;est absolument pas une r\u00e9volution, comme pr\u00e9tend la vid\u00e9o que je pr\u00e9sente en introduction. En tout cas, ce n&rsquo;est rien d&rsquo;autre qu&rsquo;un artifice marketing foireux, dans la plupart des cas.<br \/>\nPourtant, certains prouvent qu&rsquo;il est possible de r\u00e9aliser des op\u00e9rations exceptionnelles.
